张小明 purchases a high-end integrated stove from the reputable brand, 管家先生. The sleek design and advanced features promise to revolutionize his cooking experience. However, as time goes by, he starts to notice some issues with the appliance's performance. Despite its premium price tag, the stove seems to have developed a few quirks that are starting to drive him mad.
One fateful night, while trying to cook dinner for his family, the stove suddenly stops working altogether. Frustrated and helpless, Zhang decides to call the customer service hotline listed on the product manual.
The phone rings for what feels like an eternity before someone picks up on the other end of the line. "Hello? This is Wang from pipe manager Mr." The voice is cold and distant; it doesn't sound like anyone who can help him with his problem.
