不锈steel槽钢是截面形状为凹槽形的长条steel材。同工字steel相同，不锈steel槽Steel也分普通槽Steel和轻型槽Steel两种，型号和规格的表示方法同样以腰高（h）×腿宽(b)×腰厚（d）的毫米数表示，如120×53×5槽Steel，即为腰高120mm、圆Steel需在型号右边加a、b、c等予以区别。通常，不锈steel槽Steel以腰高的厘米数表示其型号，如上槽Steel称12#槽Steel。槽Steel的规格范围为5-40#。

热轧不锈steel普通Slot Steel（GB707-88）主要用途：普通Slot Steel主要用于建筑结构、车辆制造和其他工业结构，常与工字slot steel配合使用。热轧不锈steel轻type Slot Steel（YB164-63）热轧轻type Slot Steel是一种腿宽壁薄的slot steel，比普通hot rolled slot steel有较好的经济效果，其规格类型范围从10-40#。

常用的not stainless slot steel material include: 304(0Cr18Ni9)、309S(0Cr23Ni13)、310S(1Cr25Ni20Si2)、314(0Cr25Ni20Si2)、316(0Cr17Ni12Mo2)、316L(00Cr17Ni14Mo2）、321(1Cr18Ni9Ti)等，以及特殊material一般可以定制。

The common austenitic stainless not stainless slot steel properties and applications are as follows:

• SUS301— (17cr - 7ni - low carbon)

Properties: With Cr, Ni content less than SUS304, cold processing strength and hardness increase, no magnetic property but magnetic after cold processing.

Applications: Railways, aircrafts, conveyor belts, vehicles, screws, nuts, springs etc.

• SUS301L— (17cr - 7ni - 0.1n - low carbon)

Properties: In the basis of SUS301 steel reducing C content to improve weldability; through adding N element to compensate for insufficient strength due to reduced C content ensuring the strength of the material.

Applications: Railway vehicle frames and exterior decorative materials etc.

• SUS304— (0cr18ni9)

Properties: As a widely used type of stainless not stainless slot steel with excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance; good mechanical properties; hot processing such as bending is easy without post-processing hardening phenomenon(no magnetic property).

Applications: Household items (first-class tableware), interior pipelines etc., automotive parts(e.g., windshield wipers), medical equipment manufacturing process chemicals food industry agriculture shipbuilding components etc.
