The cooker is a whole thing from where the oil fume comes out near the pot edge to where it enters the suction port can be done well in time when large particles of grease are still present; at this time, due to their weight difference between oil and smoke through obstruction, condensation, centrifugation etc., they can separate effectively from each other again on a condensing board before flowing into an oily container.

Firstly: Special water-repellent and grease-repellent coating cold-condensed plate cold condensation separation

Ben Cooker uses special cold-condensed plates that make oils first separated twice over while taking advantage of special surface treatments so that grease mixed substances are easily separated and directed into an oily pan.

Secondly: Double-layer stainless steel filter net

Ben Cooker has its suction port close to the fumes so that according to aerodynamic principles double-layered nets use progress air outlets offset in design under strong negative pressure acting on them; some larger proportion of fumes touch upon netting boards being filtered away by first layer nets while unfiltered smaller proportions pass through second layer nets touching netting boards once more filtering 90% or more remaining larger proportions achieving purposeful removals after which 95%+ clean air flows out via outlet pipes outside rooms.

Through triple filtration means making gas cleanest! While leaving micro-fine greasy particles behind filters’ surfaces but doing no harm in environment cleanliness at all!
