Working principle:
It is a device that consumes electricity to convert into heat energy to add heat to materials that need to be heated. In operation, low-temperature fluid medium flows through pipes under pressure into its input port along a specific flow path designed using fluid thermal principles within electric heating containers. The output port receives workpiece temperature from temperature sensors automatically adjusting output power by an internal control system of electric heaters; when overheating occurs in heating elements, independent overheat protection devices immediately cut off power supply to prevent overheating of materials leading to coking or carbonization and potentially causing damage to heating elements; effectively extending the service life of electric heaters.
