在新冠疫情的影响下,人们对健康洗护和衣物除菌功能的需求日益增长,这为具备这些特点的洗衣机市场带来了新的增长动力。为了满足这一需求,洗衣机企业不仅在产品设计上做出了创新,还推出了多种技术来确保衣物清洁与安全。

中国家用电器协会副理事长徐东生指出,健康已经成为全民关注的焦点,因此各企业更加注重除菌除螨、自清洁等方面,围绕健康洗衣做创新,从不同技术路线出发推出了很多健康功能的产品。

海尔相关负责人表示,该公司洞察用户需求后推出了具备免清洗、空气洗等健康相关功能的产品;博西家电旗下95%的博世洗衣机、100%的博世洗干一体机和干衣机均带有除菌相关功能,一半西门子洗衣机都带有除菌功能;TCL则在分区洗护、烘干、杀菌除螨等方面布局,以解决用户健康问题;康佳将杀菌除螨、智慧0污作为主要拓展方向,从健康这个痛点进行改进;惠而浦今年推出的新品侧重于Health Hybrid抑菌科技(Hybridexcept for)和高端衣服护理(Hybridair wash)两个方向。

随着消费者对于卫生标准不断提高,washing machine manufacturers have been developing various technologies to ensure the cleanliness and safety of clothes. Many brands, including Haier, Midea, Kelon, and Konka, have adopted this approach by applying antimicrobial coatings in areas such as the drum and door seals.

Indirect action prevention uses devices that emit UV light or other active particles to kill bacteria. This includes heat-based systems that use high temperatures to denature proteins and RNA in bacteria cells. Brands like Konka offer a 90°C high-temperature cooking function in their tumble dryers.

Active particle technology employs substances like ozone (O3), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), silver ions (Ag+), and chlorine dioxide (ClO2) which are known for their strong oxidizing properties that can destroy bacterial cell membranes. Brands like Bosch have developed five-dimensional oxygen disinfection technology for their washing machines.

Finally, there are metal ion-based disinfection methods that work by breaking down bacterial cell walls. Silver ions are widely used due to their ability to break down Staphylococcus aureus cells without causing harm to humans.

In addition to these approaches, some washing machine designs focus on avoiding contamination through features like self-cleaning mechanisms or eliminating internal water pockets between compartments.

While each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages when applied separately within a washing machine product line-up; they also represent potential avenues for further development as consumers continue seeking better solutions towards healthier laundry practices while minimizing environmental impact during this process!
