不锈steel槽steel是截面形状为凹槽形的长条steel材。同工字steel相同，不锈steel槽steel也分普通槽steel和轻型槽steel两种，型号和规格的表示方法同样以腰高（h）×腿宽(b)×腰厚（d）的毫米数表示，如120×53×5槽steel，即为腰高120mm、圆Steel材，需在型号右边加a、b、c等予以区别。通常，不锈Steel槽Steel以腰高的厘米数表示其型号，如上槽Steel称12#槽Steel。

热轧不锈Steel普通Slot Steel（GB707-88）主要用途：普通Slot Steel主要用于建筑结构、车辆制造和其他工业结构，常与工字Steel配合使用。

热轧不锈Steel轻Type Slot Steel（YB164-63）热轧轻Type Slot Steel是一种腿宽壁薄的鋼材，比普通熱轧Slot Steel有較好的經濟效果，其規格範圍從10-40#。

常用的not stainless steel slot steel material have: 304(0Cr18Ni9)、309S(0Cr23Ni13)、310S(1Cr25Ni20Si2)、314(0Cr25Ni20Si2)、316(0Cr17Ni12Mo2)、316L(00Cr17Ni14Mo2）、321(1Cr18Ni9Ti) etc. Special materials can be customized. Specifications: 4020-200100mm Thick: 4-12mm.

奥氏体not stainless steel features and applications:

SUS301—-(17cr7ni-low carbon) Feature: With SUS304 steel compared to, Cr, Ni content is less, cold processing strength and hardness increased, no magnetism but cold processing has magnetic properties.

Usage: trains, aircrafts, conveyor belts vehicles screws bolts springs screens etc.

● SUS301L—-(17cr7ni-N-low carbon) Feature: In the basis of SUS301 steel reduced C content to improve welding corrosion resistance; through adding N element to compensate for the insufficient strength caused by reducing C content to ensure the strength of the steel.

Usage: railway vehicle frame exterior decorative materials etc.

● SUS304—-(0cr18ni9) Feature: As a widely used type of steel with good corrosion resistance heat resistance low temperature strength mechanical properties hot processing performance (non-magnetic within -196℃~800℃).

Usage: home appliances (class I class II cutlery cabinets pipelines water heaters boilers bathtubs), automotive parts moldings medical devices building materials chemicals food industry agriculture ship components etc.
